All sales are final unless the product is defective out of the box. In that event we will do an exchange. Defective product must be reported within 20 days of the date you received the product. Defective items will normally need to be returned to the distributor. You must contact us for an RMA and instructions.

Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the shipment. A photo of the damaged box and product is required.

Original manufacturer box and paperwork is needed to exchange out of box defective product.

Products ship from authorized distributors. Generally the same day if the order is placed before noon.
If you order for expedited delivery and we miss the shipping cut off we will notify you for further instructions.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders.  We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card for your own protection. It is the safest and fastest method of payment.
